Recreational Classes

Chef Kathryn is an experienced pastry and baking professional who teaches full time at The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in NYC.  She teaches a variety of classes there throughout the year, and travels to promote her book, Les Petits Macarons, Colorful French Confections to Make at Home.

Private Classes

Chef Kathryn will teach a one-on-one class in your home (Manhattan) for $500 (3 hours).  Arrangements can be made to teach in NJ or CT or other NY areas for $500 plus travel costs/time.  She will help bring equipment required; you will obtain ingredients.
