Dehydrated Pears

 

1 ripe pear

2 grams lemon juice

 

1.              Peel, core and slice pears 1/8” thick.  Brush with lemon juice.  Place on in a dehydrator. 

2.              Dehydrate 24 hours at 150°F.  Store in an airtight container before plating the dessert.
